Answers:
No, you need to have some active exercise including a cardio program in order to burn enough calories to keep your weight off!. You've quoted a number of 600 c/day!. If you're the kind of person who is likely to just lie around watching TV and eating junk food, even 600 c/day is not enough!. Depending on what you eat and how much you eat makes the big difference!. If your new diet is low in carbohydrates and high in fiber and protein, chances are that 600 c/day is going to be easy because you'll be burning only carbs and fat quickly!. If you do even a mild 30 min!. workout per day, along with the activities you're suggesting, you should have no problem, depending upon your calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

exercise you say!?

well then I wont rant about food!.

to loose fat you need three things:
1)good food (which you already have covered)
2)cardio
3)cardio

try this:

treadmill, warm up for 5 mins walking, then sprint for 1 minute, and jog for 2 mins after the sprint!. then sprint again, and so forth!.
Do this 3 times and then cooldown for 5 mins!.

it's a total of 19 mins of cardio!.
Do this 6 days a week and i tell you that you'll see results!.
After the first week, do the intervals (1 min spring, 2 min jog) 4 times instead of three!. Which means you'll be running 21 mins!. and everyweek increase the interval amount until you reach 30 mins!.

trust me, this does the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
