Gaining weight....?!

Gaining weight....?

I'm a 23 yr old male and i work out at least 2 to 3 times a week. My weight has been flip floppin' for the past year and a half between 170 and 190. Now i'm about 180 and 6' tall. My thing is i wanna be a little bigger...at least 190 -200lbs. Is there any way to do that without using supplements(cuz i hate that stuff) and i damn sure ain't turning to steroids lol.

Can someone give me some advice on what to do?


Answers:

Do nothing.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
