Is this a very, very bad diet?!


Question: Is this a very, very bad diet!?
people are telling me, and they are seriouse, that i am showing signs or anorexia!.

to day i was told that i only took in about 654 calories

cereal
chips
a hot dog bun
salad

and i always feel really guilty when eating
and MUST burn it off

this is gradually getting worse, and i have lost 5 pounds within the last month, and didn't even realize it until todayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, but yes!. First, 600 or even 700 calories a day is not enough to keep your weight up unless you are tiny!. Second, you must have had hardly any of those foods to have only consumed 650 calories! You should be consuming about 1000 calories or more just on breakfast!
Don't try to up your calories with junk foods like potato chips and other unhealthy foods, though!. You'll get no nutritional value from them and it will only make you feel worse about eating, which will drive you into eating even less!.
Eat healthy and eat more!. Try and conisder as your motivation, the fact that scrawny is very unattractive and a well filled body is much higher ranking on a beauty scaleWww@Answer-Health@Com

The fact that you know exactly how many calories you ate and the fact that the intake is less than an infant needs is disturbing!. Next, your compulsion to exercise to "burn" the calories you take in is another indicator!. Finally, people that do not suffer from anorexia do not wonder if they have it!. Your friends are right!. You should consider getting help before you slowly kill yourself, which by the sounds of it, you've already started!. If you are still in denial after reading what I have said, consider that according to the food you listed, you did not even take in any protein to repair your muscles!. You need more protein from meat, beans, cheese, produce, hot cereal!.
The chips and bun will put unnecessary and low nutrient sugar into your body!.
Your weight will be fine if you keep the high carb foods low in your diet, like bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice!.

Most cereals aren't very good for you because they are designed to be attractive to little kids and aren't very well rounded off with their ingredients!. Make your own hot cereal out of things like oats, wheat germ, quinoa, barley, buckwheat, oat bran, rye, flaxmeal, etc!. Top it with craisens, honey and cinnamon to bring the taste around!.

Knowledge of what various foods have in them will help you a lot!.

Cereal, Chips, a bun and salad doesn't sound too bad to me!. Cereal is healthy and so is the salad!. The feeling guilty part doesnt sound very good though and if you are spending alot of time obsessing about what you are eating and how much excersise you need to do in order to burn ir off!.!.!. you might want to ask your self where those feelings are comming from!? Eating less isn't the way to lose weight, it's eating healthy and making healthy choices!.

I agree that isn't enough food!. Your body will start storing fat it should be burning if you don't intake enough calories!.

Try eating some alternatives that will make you feel less guilty, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereal, etc!.

And make sure to get at leastr 2% milk, because anything less and your body won't get the nutrients,

Make sure you address this before it becomes serious!

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

of course it's bad! you know you need a calorie intake of around 2000 a day as a woman - I'm not sure how old you are but you should google daily recommendations!. Trust me, it's horrible to be annorexic - you'll smell disgusting and your teeth will rot, you won't have a period and will damage your body horribly - plus it's Very unattractive!. Yea, you should really be eating at least 1200 even if you are on a diet, if it was just for a week then whatever, im not a health finatic, but becoming to thin is not the only problem, you are not feeding your vital organs enough nutricion, you could become anemic and also it could majorly slow down you metabolism, gradualy start eating more !.

those are signs of anorexia!. most people live on a 2000 calorie diet!. it isn't exactly well-ballanced either!. you need more of everyting in your diet!. meat especially, it has protien and essential vitamins/amino acids!. same w/ veggies and fruits (but w/o the protien, they have other vitamins/minerals)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are trying to lose weight,
its not good for you to eat less, just eat right!.
your body will lack the nutrients that is needs to stay healty and you will get sick!.
find a balanced diet and stick to it because salad and hot dog buns are not the way to go!.

You need to eat at least 1000 calories a day!. 654 calories are really small amount and dangerous!. if you have 1000-1200 calories a day, and you exercise 4 times a week, you will lose weight steadily and stay healthy!. please, please, PLEASE! eat healthy!! at least try to eat fruits and vegetables and protein!. everything you had in your list was just empty calories!. it would be way more worth it to eat like 2 sandwiches for the same amount of calories than the stuff there!but if you are obsessing over calories, then try to eat food that keeps you full!. i like eating powerbars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would be a little concerned with how little you are eating please be very careful as you don't want to end up making your self ill for the sake of looking good!. always make sure you stick to eating a good breakfast even if you don't eat much else in the day!. being healthy is great but making your self ill isn'tWww@Answer-Health@Com

I really think that squirrels eat more than you!.
This will screw up your metabolism in the long run!. You would end up losing all your muscle, and you would end up gaining weight from eating half a cracker!.

654 calories a day is not enough!. If you're feeling guilty about eating food, PLEASE see a counselor or someone you trust!. It's different for everyone, but most people need a minimum of 1000 calories daily just for their bodies to function properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well your calorie intake should be based off of your height and weight, but i don't think that 650 calories a day is healthy for anyone, try adding some meat into the diet unless you're a veagan, and if you still feel guilty try consulting a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

NOOOO! that's not a very good diet at all!. Why dont you try looking up the diabetic exchange diet!. It's great for HEALTHY meal plans (low in fat and carbs) with appropriate portion sizes so you can eat more, keep a normal weight, AND be healthy! It seems you've already come to realize that your diet is "very, very bad!." Now let's talk details!.

Most will tell you that you need to be consuming approximately 1000 calories/day!. However, so long as you are getting proper nutritients, don't focus on calories!. This is because you might start eating high calorie, poor nutrient foods (such as chips, fatty or sugary foods just to get to 1000) Focus on making sure that every day you eat at least one (working up to more than one) of each: a protein (nuts, meat, beans), veggie, dairy (cheese, yogart), and carb (granola, whole grain bread)!. Taking a daily vitamin is also good!. For you, make sure you are getting plenty of Vitamin C (via tablets or orange juice) because if you are losing weight, your immune system may need some extra help so you don't get sick!.

Focusing on HEALTHY eating and getting moderate exercise should help you feel less guilty about eating!. Tell your body this is what it needs to be at your top performance!. I know someone who buys organic food for this reason alone (she feels healthier just by eating organic!.) Remember, you shouldn't need any more than 30 minutes a day or every other day of exercise!. And, did you know that breathing and thinking, alone, burn calories!? So don't worry, your body will naturally burn off the food you eat!.

BUT!.!.!. having said that, I have a friend who eats even less than you and I'm worried about her too (so I know how your friends feel!.) Her problem is that her medication is acting as an appetite suppressant!. To help she used recreational marijuana to make her hungry!. She did end up eating more, but I cannot recommend it as a fix all!.

You have to find what works for you!. That is, once you convince yourself and your body that being healthy (the Doctor's definition) is of #1 importance!.
