I want to loose weight the simplist way there is?

what wold be a easy way to loose weight as i am 132 kilo's i think as i am not sure not since the last time i weighed my self. i just want to look good and feel good but i want to know what would be the right foods to have and when to have so i can loose weight. i would be happy if any one could help thanks.

One main thing you need to do is change your diet. Don't go overboard with this otherwise you won't be able to stick with it. It's best just to try not drinking soda anymore. If you drink water, milk, or juice instead it reduces your sugar intake and water will clean out your body as well. It is also smart to try not to have a dessert at lunch but only at dinner. Don't go for all "healthy" tastless food though. It will be extremely hard to keep that diet for more then a few months.

Next you should get into some kind of exercise. Personally, I enjoy running. But you need to find something you like. It needs to be something you look forward to waking up and doing every day or even just every other day. Hope this helps!!!
