No strain workouts?!


Question: No strain workouts!?
I need some workouts that aren't going to strain my knees!. I used to run track and my knees are terrible and everytime I do squatting, lunges, or jog they get very sore!. Because of this, I'm not sure how to tone my butt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
