Can I lose weight doing this??!


Question: Can I lose weight doing this!?!?
For breakfast, I ate a banana, 1 peanut butter toast, a bottle of water and a glass of milk!.

For a snack I'm eating an apple right now!. !. i didn't eat lunch, but I'm going to eat dinner about 6!. I've ridden my bike a mile or 2 today, and i'm trying to lose weight!. What do you think!?

by the way, i'm 5 ft tall and weigh about 108!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, riding your bike is good!.
But you dont need to skip lunch or cut back so much on your food intake especially if your exercising!.

Thing about skipping meals, you usually over compensate during the next meal!.

Just eat small and eat slow!. Eat a piece of fruit!. Wait about 15 mins, if you still feel hungry make up a small sanwich or bowl of cereal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make sure you are never hungry! if you let yourself get hungry your metabolism slows down, but eating small meals all day helps you keep your metabolism up!. If you want to loose weight try to cut alot of carbs like bread, and pasta and things! eat more meats, eggs, veggies and cheese! this will help alot!.

I know you sound like you don't weigh alot for your height but Im 5'4'' and pre pregnancy I was 116 and I wanted to loose a little in the tummy area!. Its not about loosing weight but being fit and looking good, sometimes you get skinnier but gain weight in muscle!

I think so, yes but don't skip lunch! To make up for it, I agree you should eat another snack before dinner so you won't overeat!.

So far, you've eaten food that's good for you, so don't ruin it at the end of the day!. Remember, dinner's supposed to be your lightest meal of the day!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably not as you are not eating three meals a day and so you'll just end up wanting to eat and put on more than you've lost!. just eat healthily and do exercise an when you eat a meal eat enough so you are satisfied (not too much, not too little)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that would be okay!.!.!.but try not to skip meals!. eat something small for lunch!.!.even if its just a few crackers, becuase then you will be really hungry at dinner and you will wind up over eating!.!.!.trust me!.!.i know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating 3 meals a day, plenty of water and exercise is the best way to lose weight! dont skip meals, as this slows down ur metabolism!.!.!.
and dont eat big meals!.!. ive often been told, eat little but often!.!.!.
