Question: How much weight!.!.!.!?
Can a person lose in 3 months!. I know calories and excercising are important!. This summer I want to get in shape and since I have the whole summer to lose 40 pounds (hopefully) how much can you excercise ( sorry about the spelling) in a day!? (normally, with a 1400 calorie intake per day, w/ no diet pills or irregular substances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 40 lbs in 4 months!. I have lost 60 now, and could only lose another 10 before being too thin!.
I ate 1400 calories to lose the weight!. One day a week I would eat up to the number of calories I needed to maintain my current weight!.
Do some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30min-1hr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't be asking WHAT CAN I DO IN THREE MONTHS!.!.!. what is the quickest way!? what is possible!?
instead you should be establishing regimine where you commit to like jogging once a week for about 30minute to an hour!.!.!.
then every week you will never NOT DO ANYTHING!.!. and you will be making progress
in several months you will be healthier and more fit
dont try too hard !.!.!. take it easy!.!. just do a LITTLE BIT!.!. dont rush thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

one really important thing to do is to limit your consumption of sodas and soft drinks!.!.!.water is so much better for you
