Help with thighs!?!


Question: Help with thighs!!?
I have pretty muscular thighs, but i definately have a layer of fat over them!. The rest of my body is fine, but it just looks to bad with a small waist and ginormous thighs!. What are some good ways to slim down thighs w/out building even more muscle!? Is there a way I could tighten them up!? Help! =PWww@Answer-Health@Com

Since I started running, my legs went from being medium muscular!.!.!. to very tone and skinny!. Running has made me legs VERY thin, but still very tone!. It's the best way to make you thighs look smaller!. But of course, it's hard work!. UGH!Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless you're anorexic you have to build muscle to lose fat

basically think of it like layers

you have a layer of muscle fat skin etc

the muscle will burn the fat plus it takes up less space

u might think that when u see body builders their thighs are huge but that's because they train forever and make their bodies look that way

your body wont be as muscular as theirs without copying their routines

skinny waist and somewhat thick thighs look nice on a girl, but anyways the best thing to do is cut down on junk and run the treadmill around 30 mins a day 5 times a week and extend the duration and # of times u do a week over time =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go running everyday! start out 10 min, then increase it until ur running 30 minutes a day!.
also u should stretch alot so ur muscles dont get bulky!.
when u watch tv, do leglifts and bicylcles too!.
