Answers:

Nope. You won't lose 25-30 lbs. by the end of August. (And eating yogurt, Special K, skim milk, fruit and vegetables is NOT enough food.)
You MIGHT lose 20 lbs. IF you really change how you eat and exercise correctly.
You need to eat no less than 1,200 calories a day. Less than that and you'll be starving your body and it will hold on to all your stored fat and calories to protect your vital organs. You won't lose anything. And you can't exercise if you don't eat enough.
You need vegetables, lean meat/protein, whole grains (for example bread--the more fiber it has in it, the closer to whole grain it is) and fruit. Instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 6 smaller meals a day. That will keep your blood sugar stable and you won't be so hungry between meals.
Special K is not a great cereal. You need something with more fiber. Special K doesn't have any fiber. Try Bran Flakes with some fresh fruit. Remember, most yogurts contain a LOT of sugar. Read the labels before you buy.
And there is NO way you will be able to do all that exercise every day. You are just setting yourself up to fail. Your goals are too big in too short of a time frame.
Set a goal of 10 lbs. When you get there, you will have accomplished something. Then set another goal of 10 lbs. Set goals that are too big (like 25-30 lbs.) and when you don't get there quickly, you'll get disappointed and give up.
Exercising---you should bike for 60-90 minutes a day. OR go for a very brisk walk (I don't mean a stroll, put your butt into it) for 60-90 minutes a day. Bike one day, walk the next. Not both in one day. Start out with 100 crunches--not 300.
If you do this for 2 weeks, you should see the 10 lbs. come off. And once you see yourself making progress, it will be easier to stick to it.
Good luck.
