Which is the healthiest choice for today at mexican restaurant? [easy 10 points!!

Question: Which is the healthiest choice for today at mexican restaurant!? [easy 10 points!!] helpp!?
i'm being forced to go to a mexican restaurant today for lunch!.
i was orignally going to go with a chicken fajita salad without that crispy shell, however, i looked it up and it has an average of 750 calories with 30 grams of fat!.

that is entirely too much, and too unhealthy!.
so now my choices are this!.!.!.

-soft taco with chicken, lettuce, cheese, and little sour cream!. with a side of refried beans
-just that soft taco ^^ without the beans
-chicken burrito with chicken, cheese, little sour cream!.
-bean burrito with only cheese and the beans!.

which is most healthy and LOWEST in calories!? please dont give me one website because i cannot seem to find a counter that gives me calories for those foods from a regular mex!. restaurant!.

this isnt taco bell, and it isnt "fresh" and healthy restaurant!.
just a regular!.
so whats more healthy and lowest calorie!?

is the beans!?
help! (:

Answers:
anything at a resteraunt is going to be pretty bad for you!. why dont you try getting something with out meat in it, that will cut down the calories a lot!. like vegitarian fajitas or quesadillas or something!. also tell them no extra stuff on top like cheese, butter, dressing, oil, stuff like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nooooo definitely not the beans!.!.!.

have either!.!.
*2 beef enchilades
*2 Crispy tacos with grilled vegetables
*jalapeno-bbq salmon
*chicken salsa fresco

the soft taco without the cheese and sour cream!. get extra tomato on it if you'd like!. use taco sauce instead of the sour cream!. skip the beans entirely!. they are pure lard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
