Extreme tiredness day after workouts.....???

i work out 2.5 to 3 hours on mon tues thurs and fri and sometimes even weds....during the day when i go to work i get extremely tired. my diet consists of high protein (mainly tuna salmon and chicken) fruit and veg. i hardly eat sugar. i have a high fibre breakfast, and some sort of salad for lunch and dinner, with fruit in between. is it the lack of sugar thats making me so tired...or am i working out 2much?

sounds like your working out too much! and your body is very tired and needs to relax. ANother thing, is because your not eating carbs your not getting the extra energy you need to match your lifestyle.
You should get advice from a fitness trainer in the gym, as you may be able to take extra vitamins etc to help prevent you feel tired such as fish oils(apparently they give u loads of energy) and to replace the energy your not getting from preventing eating carbs.
