What's best way to loose 10kg safely, quickly?

I weigh 65kg now,was 55kg before I gave birth 12 months ago. I am aware that fad/crash diets are not the way to go.Have started jogging 3.4km everyday for the past 4 weeks.

you better stick on to low calorie food .no oil,no fats if u r hungry just have fruits to satisfy ur hunger jogging is good but if u sweat its good .just try to loose caloreis .good appetite can help
