What are good snacks for a diet?!
Question: What are good snacks for a diet!?
I want to have good snacks for the days that I work!. I have a desk job, so I just want to maintain my weight, and not get any bigger!.They don't have to be diet foods, just foods that are low in fat and calories!.
My friend told me that jelly belly's were a good snack, but I'm not so sure!.
Any ideas!?

Try quaker rice cakes or mini cakes, they come in various flavors such as cheddar, chocolate, apple cinnamon, buttered popcorn, and more!. And they're really good and low in calories (around 50-60) and they stay fresh long!. An other idea is Glenny's soy crisps, they taste like chips but are much healthier and high in protein!. Or just get something like mini-pretzels or microwaveable popcorn bags!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
100 calorie popcorn, 100 calorie packs (keeblers are really tasty), 90 calorie Quaker chewy granola bars, apples, bananas, 1/2 cup of special K cereal (the chocolate delight hardly even tastes like 80 calories)
