Poochy stomach?!


Question: Poochy stomach!?
Last year, my stomach was very flat, but this year, it's gotten a bit bigger!. (pooch-ier) How should I lose the little pooch there!?

RUNNING-
It is the easiest and most effective way to get rid of wieght and to exemplify your abdominals!.Running with sweats helps to to take that layer of fat off your stomack and is quickest way to lose fat!.

It also helps to watch what you eat!. NO fatty foods!. Just really follow the food pyramid!. Fruits and Vegetables are good for you but if you are not eating a balanced diet you are depriving yourself of nourishment!. You should try to eat a serving of every section of the pyramid a day in small meals!.(serving size isindicated on Nutrition label!.) It is importine to have your meals planned ahead of time!. Maybe schedule out a week then switch it up!.

This is just a few things to do!.(all these can be done at various inclines!.)

Weghtless: (Recomend for women But also guys)
1) Leg raises for lower abs!.
2) Bicycle kicks!.
3) Twisting situps!. (To get that line down the middle)
4) Position your wieght on your elbows keeping your body straight(sort of like the position of a pushup)!.and for obliques one elbow!.
5) Crunches
6) Situps


With Weights:(Only guys)
1) Put some on your stomack at night and flex for as long as possible!.
2) Twisting situps with medicine ball!.(to get that line down the middle)
3) Side bends(for obliques) while holding wieghts!.
4) Position your wieght on your elbows keeping your body straight(sort of like the position of a pushup)!.and for obliques one elbow!. wieghts on your back!.
5) Situps with medicine ball

Also the way you arch your back affects wich muscles you work!. You could adjust how quickly you can complete each set for arobic=losing fat/ anerobic=biulding muscle!.Rember to protect your tailbone while doing situps!.

If you have problems with your lower obliques you should arch your back as much as possible while doing situps!. Do lots of reps!. Do leg raises and oblique excersices!. And RUN!. It is very critical for the removal of fat from your lower mid section!.
