What can i do if i am 40 punds overweight and i am 13 yrs....?

I am 165lbs, 13yrs old, 5'5. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

First---you are NOT 40 lbs. overweight. You should weigh between 135-140 for your height. You need to lose about 25 lbs.
Do you REALLY want to lose weight? Then you have to be willing to do whatever it takes. So stop eating junk/fast food. Stop drink sodas and any other drinks that contain sugar.
And get up from the computer and the couch and get out and EXERCISE. There is no excuse for a 13 year old to weigh that much. You eat too much of the wrong things and don't get any exercise. Don't say you can't. Saying you can't means you LIKE being miserable.
