Question: How many bicycle sit ups should you do to get a 6pack!?
i just did 600 becuase i pigged out today!. well if i start eating healthy tommarow how many bicycle sits up should i do daily!?!? what other exercises!?how long should i exercise daily!?!?

Although doing the reverse bicycle is one of the best exercises that you can do for your abs it's not going to burn up the calories
that you took in today!. You would be much better off doing some weight training or even jumping jacks!. These will burn off more calories!.

Now for a regular ab routine!. Remember that your routine should not just work on your abs but should also include working out your shoulders, arms, legs and entire core!. Your routine should last approximately 45 minutes with 10 minutes devoted to your abs!.

Most people believe that they can work on just their abs and get a great 6 pack!. But that's not true!. You have to work at burning off the fat even before you can start seeing your abs!.
