Ignore the comments about doing lots of situps and eating!. You already have a 2-pack, which means that your ab muscles are large enough to be seen!. The problem is that the rest (I assume the lower ones) are covered by a layer of bodyfat!.

To get rid of this bodyfat you have to lose weight!. Do cardio (running, biking, sprinting, jumping rope, etc!.) for 30 minutes about 5 days a week!. Eat healthy and try to eat slightly less food than you are used to!. If you stick with the exercise and you don't eat fast food or drink lots of soda, you will get results!. If your cardio doesn't seem intense enough, it's not!. It takes work to burn calories, so go for nuts! However it is important to find cardio you can enjoy!. Try biking, jogging, organized sports, whatever!. If you don't enjoy it, you won't stick with it, and you won't lose weight!.

Once you reduce your body fat, then would be the time to eat lots of protein and start doing ab exercises to build up muscle!. This is called the "bulking" phase!. FIRST do the "cutting" phase to get rid of the body fat and reveal your 6-pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
