Question: I want to lose weight!? Just like 10 pounds, nothing major!.!?
Ok, I'm like 5'7" or 5'8" and weigh 130!. NOW BEFORE ANYONE SAYS ANYTHING!. I know I'm not terribly fat, but I want to return to 120!. I just want to get rid of excess fat like my love handles, my thighs, and my upper arms!. How can I do that!? I really don't have a time limit!. My mother and I have recently started running, and yesterday, I ran one mile and walked a half of one!. I eat quite healthy!. What can I do!? Thanks!. !.!.put yourself in a diet with low (no)sugar and fibers this wil help you to burn fat,prepare youre own meals dont switch them with fast food ,exercise one hour a week!.!.is good you arent rushing on a speedy diet ,losing weight slowly is better as is for keeps!.!.!.yes treadmill is good instead of running!.
