Question: Skipping breakfast reduces weight!?
They say that skipping breakfast is bad cause metabolism stays low!. I skipped breakfast this morning and when a turned back home from work I noticed I was 3 kilos lesser!.
After that I ate a normal dish of vegetables and 1 steak!. That is not much calories!. I see that I am now 2 kilos lesser!. (I gained 1 kilo from lunch and plenty of water)

So breakfast skiping is not bad like what they say!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be losing water weight only!. When you skip meals, you aren't getting enough water!. Also, if you continue to skip meals, your body thinks it is starving your metabolism slows and it actually "eats" itself by eating muscle first!. So you lose muscle mass and are left with fat!. Whatever you do DON'T skip breakfast! Your body having not eaten anything since the night before will think that you are starving and go into "starvation mode"!. This causes your body to absorb more fat the next time you do eat!. If you do skip for a long time it actually causes your metabolism to slow down because your body is constantly thinking that it isn't going to get any food and the next time you do eat your body ends up absorbing more and more fat the longer that you skip breakfast for!. Yes it is!. Your weight is constantly changing, so you may have lost 3 kilos now, but in the long run, it will catch up to you and you will end up gaining even more weight than what you started with!.

To loose that kind of weight in a day you had to have lost mostly fluid!.

The reason I do not like people to skip breakfast is that later in the morning you are likely to be hungry and snack on something that is high in sugar, fat, and/or salt!. You should eat a small breakfast if you are trying to lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body weight will flux all day either kilo up or down its just from the fluids in your body!.!. when you eat breakfast your body starts working earlier on breaking down and digesting the food that you take in!.!. if you miss breakfast your body's digestive system will have its feet proped up and wont burn any calories to digest until lunch or when ever you decide to eat!.!. missing breakfast is bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry dear but you didn't lose real weight!. Probably just some water weight!.
Eating breakfast in the morning helps give your metabolsim a starting kick, so that it keeps on going the rest of the day!.
So yes skipping breakfast is kind of bad!. So try to eat breakfast even if it's just some juice and a piece of toast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is bad not having breakfast, because it can make you put on weight as you can sometimes leave it so long then you get hungry and you don't want to prepare a meal your nibble and grab foods that are fast and accessible!. so i would stick with having your breakfastWww@Answer-Health@Com
