50 Jumping Pull Up
50 Kettlbell/dumbell Swings (35 lbs)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees To Elbows (these suck)
50 Push Press (45lb)
50 Back Extensions (or supermans if u dnt have the equipment)
50 Wall Balls
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (can sub for tuck jumps)
FOR TIME!

I run at night (in the dark, just make sure its not on a woods trail, and you can see where your putting your feet, and the cars can see you (white shirt or reflective tape on your back and chest))Www@Answer-Health@Com
!.!.!.What can you do with an mp3!? Uhh, jump rope, swim, run up and down stairs, jumping jacks, aerobics, yoga, pilates, etc!.!.!.Whatever gets your heart pumping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When I can't get to the gym!. I do core exercises at home!. I would suggest reverse crunches, sit ups, bicycles and planks, Maybe some jumping jacks and push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
