How can I get in shape for cross country?
I tore my ACL and had reconstruction surgery about 6 months ago. I desperately need to get in shape before my cross country season starts. I haven't run for almost a year and I need to get in the best shape I possibly can. Any suggestions?

we'll you are not going to start like you were almost a year ago. But the good thing about the human body is that it gets in shape. try to jog and walk for at least 5miles a day. walk 3miles jog 2 miles. It'll work for you.
