How can i lose weight over the summer?!


Question: How can i lose weight over the summer!?
hey im 16 and i really want to get in shape and lose about 15 pounds this summer!. what is a good diet and workout plan that i can follow to lose weight!!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat 3 meals a day smalll portions, ummm exercise 3 to 5 days a week and drink plenty of water and the watch the weight fall off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As far as diet, base it on fruits and veggies as well as whole grains (read the ingredients- no bleached flour), lean protein, and low or non-fat dairy!. Yogurt is great!. Avoid all the common sense stuff, and when you do eat treats, keep your portions down or you'll undo all your work!.

Do some stretching every day at least, and a little weight training (the more muscle you have the more calories you burn everyday)!. At least 3 or 4 times a week get 30-45 minutes of cardio- biking, jogging, swimming, basketball, volleyball, whatever gets your heart going fast!.

And drink plenty of water- try not to drink too much other than water, and if you do, make it a treat!. We drink too many of our calories these days!.

Start off with exercising for one hour per day in the form of running, jogging, walking or aerobics which ever you prefer!.!.
