Will exercise help?

Okay so I am 15 and I really want to look lie okay the "dream body" plase dont tell me it is all fake cuz idc. I dont want to be stupid and like ya know starve myself but I think if I worked hard enough I could get the body I want. I am not underweight nor am I overweight so if I excerise alot could I get it? Also how much would I have to excersice? I


Answers:

At 15 its tough because your just starting puberty and your body is still going to change A LOT. So you could be wasting your time. Your boobs and butt and hips and thighs will change in the next few years. At 15 you seriously shouldnt be worrying about it.
When I was 15 I was a 5'6" 110 lb girl with HUGE d cup boobs no *** and no hips. Then a few years later I filled out (i'm not about 120) and still have my boobs (although their dd cup now) I have a nice *** and good hips.

Instead of working out just focus on staying in shape. Swim and play sports with your friends. Eat healthy and drink a lot of water.

If you really wat to work out you should focus on weight training about 3-4 times a week. But your wasting your time.
