Choosing a Vitamin....?!


Question: Choosing a Vitamin!.!.!.!.!?
I am a 17 year old female, I wondered if anyone had a reccomendation for a good vitamin to take!. I tried one a day women but they make me sick!. I need something better for me, and I have to make sure I get iron because I am a vegitarian!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Iron makes me nauseated too!. You could get a multivitamin that has no iron!. Twinlabs has a great one a day no iron multivitamin!. Try www!.spinellisnutrition!.com, they have great prices!. Then if you take that I would suggest an iron supplement called Slo-Fe!. It is a slow release iron supplement!. This relieves the bad effects of iron consumption!. You may want to take it every other day though because it can cause constipation!. You can get it at most drug stores!. It is a little expensive but lasts a while!.

If you have a Whole Foods or Wild Oats market near you they sell the iron free multivitamins!. I found Twin Labs and the Whole Foods generic brand to be the best!. But yes you are right, you need iron!. So be sure to get a separate pill for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best vitamins I get are definately multi-vitamins!. Sometimes you need to try two or three to actually see the one which gives you the best results!. In my case, I know that the health genesis, now foods and solgar brands work!. As you may know, if your diet lacks of certain foods, it is recommended to take not only the multi-vitamins but also the supplement which replaces the ingrediets your body is not getting with the diet you are taking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if its about taste, get flinstones!. I'm 14 and still take them because they taste like candy, and they're good for you!. I get the extra vitamin c, but I'm pretty sure theres an extra iron one!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The One a Day Womens is actually a good one to take!. It used to make me sick too, until I started taking it just after a meal!. You might try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
