Im 16, with a BMI of about 22. In case ur wondering im 5'1. The thing is I have a ton of tummy fat which i really want to get rid of. what should I eat and what should i do to get rid of it? Is it abnormle to have a ton of tummy fat for some1 like me?

Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you to lose weight. Make sure to drink plenty of water. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Do situps and crunches. Try lifting weights too.
