It's completely fine!. The bloated feeling will go away in a bit!. I drink LOTS of water and sometimes I feel bloated after, but there is nothing to worry about!. Just wait 20 mins or so!. The stomach pain could be cramps from the running, but I don't think it has anything to do with the water!. If it is cramps, it should go away pretty soon as well!. If it doesn't go away within an hour, then maybe you should be concerned!.!.!.!.

Btw, that first answer is completely FALSE! You are supposed to drink water about every 10 minutes when you are exercising!. You are NOT supposed to only drink 10 min before and 5 min after!. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise you are doing, you can always drink water during it!. As for electrolytes, you probably do not need to replenish your salts for a short run!. If you do decide to drink Gatorade just be aware that it has calories and can sometimes make you feel more bloated if you drink it during a workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One thing you have to remember about exercising is that water will always be the best thirst quencher, no matter what!. But, you also have to remember, it's best to drink water 10 min before working out and wating 5 min afterwards!. Also, you will have less bloating and retain less water weight and in return, lose more weight! The stomach pain will go away you just didn't give your body the chance to "calm down" before you replinished it!. The more water, the better! You just have to know when to drink it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its fine, youre not gonna explode :)
next time take little sips, dont gulp it down!.
also, you should drink and sprots drink (gatorade) to replenish your electrolytes, otherwise all the salt you sweated out will be gone, and you cant replace it with water :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes the stomach pain will go away and after exercise the body heats up and since you probably drank cold water right after running the 3 miles the heat and cold interacted and caused the stomach ache!. After a while you will feel better though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keeping hydrated is pretty good, it just depends on the consistency with which you drink!. Your stomach is probably just reacting to the sudden hydration, and it will go away!. Don't worry ;)!.

P!.S!. Try drinking WHILE you run next time!. Keep up the running!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, only 1 bottle of water is what I usually drink after a hard track practice or something!. You'll be fine, you probably just drank it too fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's good to drink a lot of water!. Did you have an empty stomach!? If so thats what make you feel wierd!.
Nothing to worry about!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
