Question: HELP! Falling off the wagon!.!.!. any tips!?!? (pleease!.!.) 10 pts!?
Ok so here it goes!.!.!. In the past few months, I managed to lose 30-35 lbs by exercising regularly and eating well!. I kept this up until just about one week ago, when I started summer school!

Now I find that most of my time is going towards school (because university summer school is very intense!), with little time or energy leftover for going to the gym!.!.!.

I haven't done any workouts in over a week, and I've been eating junk non-stop!. I'm so scared to gain back all the weight I lost!.!.!.!. Any tips or motivational advice!?!? Maybe this started happening to you, and you found a way to stop it (or to re-motivate yourself so that it doesn't happen)!?!?

When you eat take away choose a healthy choice!. Think back to how you looked and felt about yourself before you lost the weight!. Maybe you need a multivitamin, or are stredded out!. Get of the wieght cycle now, only you can do it!.

You have to work out whenever you feel like it!. It's a shame schools don't have physical education every single day!. If you feel weak after school, consider working out before you go!. It sucks, but you've got to do it sometime, and for a LOT of people, earlier is better than later!.

As for junk food, that is a decision you have to make!. Cafeterias are attrocious!. Here in Norway we all pack our own lunch and bring to school, and it's staved off teenage weight gain for the most part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
