What is purging and fasting?!

Purging is what is done after a huge binge!. What you are really asking about is bulima!. Where you eat till you find it hard to stand up straight and short of breath!. Then you purge (vomit)!. After which you may go a day or so with out eating!. It's a horrid disease, that not only takes over your life but can destroy it!. It's an addiction, but a hard one to get over because like smoking or drugs you can survive without them but you can't survive without food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Purging is vomiting the food you just ate!. This method is less common primarily because it's more difficult and only a certain percentage of the food eaten is vomited!. Fasting is anorexia, which is starving your self!.
Don't bother with these techniques, once you acquire one, it's forever!. They make you miserable!. Lose weight the healthy way!. Be physically active and eat right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Purging is when you eating(it could be a binge or just one meal) and puke it up!. This is done by self-induced purging, which can be done by sticking fingers or another object in the back of your throat until you gag and purge!. This can lead to bulimia nervosa!.
Fasting(starving), is a period when you don't eat anything or close to it!.This can lead to anorexia nervosa!.
Please do not attempt to do any of these because they can lead to an obsession with your weight!.

Purging is when you throw up after you eat and fasting is where you only drink water for a certain amount of time!.
