Question: What would you say is a healthy weight for a female that's 5"5"!?
Hi everyone!
I'm 20 years old, 5"5" and 110 pounds!. Basically what happened is I got my wisdom teeth pulled a while back, lost about 5 pounds and never gained it back! I just continued with my working out and dieting and I still remain at 110!. I do feel that I could maybe lose another pound or two but it doesn't seem like I should be any lighter then 110!. So what is the ideal weight range for 5"5"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
They were some heavy teeth :S

At 5'5 you should be about 9stone - not sure what that is in pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 5'5" the healthy BMI range is 111lbs to 149lbs, so you're just under!.
You're already in the underweight category (but just barely), so I do not suggest losing any more weight!. Gain a couple, if anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to your height of 5' 5" your ideal healthy weight is 134 pounds!. Your recommended weight range is between 119 and 149 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

that seems LOW! Don't lose any more weight!
But I could be wrong!. Maybe it's perfect for you!.!.!. use the BMI calculater (google it) to find out exactly how much you should weigh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for 5'5 you should be weighing about from 125 to 128lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
