Is it to late for a toned Out Body?!


Question: Is it to late for a toned Out Body!?
Alright im 17 5'8 and weigh about 215 pounds, i got the body of an athlete unfortunately i dont have it as of right now lol!. Do you still think i have a chance at losing the remain 20-30 pounds and get toned and possibly get abs!? and if so what do you recommend!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's never too late! Unless you're lying in the hospital on your deathbed!.!.!.!.Anyway,

Cardio cardio cardio! Run 5-6 days a week, 30-60 minutes!. Strength exercises that use your body weight (i!.e!. push ups) are much better than those that use weights!. Eat a healthy diet, try 1200-1500 calories!. Make sure they're GOOD calories!. Fruits, veggies, fiber, protein, are all important!.
