How do i do train?!


Question: How do i do train!?
Im a 19 year old boy!.I think my legs are kind of different from other men!. I think they are a bit bigger!.To be honest,i think they are like Jean claude Van damme's legs!.Just like them!.
But ive been running everyday since a year ago to keep them in shape and i made it!.I can feel the power in them!.My kicks are realy good!.My question is this actually:How do i keep them fit!.Im tired of all running!.Especially that i cant do that everyday anymore and im afraid they will get like big!.I dont want to be a lard ***!. Has any boy ever had this experience!?
Is there any excercise other than running that could keep them fit!?A kind of excercise that would not take that much time!.I think half an houre will be ok!.I run for an hour everyday and its getting kind of boring!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
