Can I lose weight if I eat right and exercise often, but drink every Friday and !

Question: Can I lose weight if I eat right and exercise often, but drink every Friday and Saturday!?
I drink every Friday and Saturday and really don't want to stop because it's my way to relax on the weekends!. I need to lose weight and am wondering if it's even possible to do if I drink two times a week!. If all other factors are good (good diet and plenty of exercise), will it happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's possible!.!.!.depends on how much and what you drink!. Diet soda and your spirit of choice is better than drinks made with fruit juice or sugary mixers!.

Limit the number of beverages you have as well!. Check out calorieking!.com for the drinks you consume!. If you can't find your cocktail, then just look up 1 oz of the liquor you know is in it!.!.!.consider how many drinks you consume, and how many calories in just booze you are getting!. A single margarita can set you back 300 - 500 calories or more (that's MY drink of choice) so you can see how a few in a night could total more than what your total calorie intake for the day should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are soem of suggetsions for u to follow

Keep a food diary

For at least five days and up to a week, keep a pen and paper handy and write down everything you eat, how much, where and when you ate it and who you ate with!. try to write it down as you eat it!. Most people find that when they try to remember everything at the end of the day, they leave something out!. I have also had clients tell me that they didn't eat something because they knew they were going to have to write it down!. Be completely honest with yourself!. You don't need to show anyone the results, but most will be very surprised by them!. Particular environments and people can often trigger certain eating behaviors that are redily apparent when you use a food log!. free fitness journal/food log!.

2!. Don't eat too little

Very low calorie diets will, in the short term, help you lose weight but they're extremely difficult to maintain!. You'll gradually become tired and irritable, lack the energy to exercise, and people won't want to eat with you because the long list of 'taboo' foods renders restaurant menus, and even family meals at home, unsuitable for your overly strict diet!. it depends on your age, i did it for years and i was as fit as a fiddle!. but that was in my twentys, as soon as you reach late thirties to fortys you cant do it because your body holds on to the alcohol, especially around your middleWww@Answer-Health@Com
