Im so depressed about my weight, help?!


Question: Im so depressed about my weight, help!?
I know i should probably get off my fat ***, but everytime i am around people i feel like they are judging me!. I exercise at 2-3 times a week you know!.!.to keep good energy!. But i weigh 220, i know dont laugh its hard for me to say!. Everytime i get motivated on a diet someone says something negative and it makes me so depressed i basically eat my feelings!. I need to know how to get motivated, I want people to think differently about me!. I want to lose likw 75 pounds!. I think i would feel so amazing if i lost that much!. But I have no clue how to accomplish it!.!.!.!.im just a messWww@Answer-Health@Com

hey no need to worry, lots of people have been, are or will be in your shoes!. Now what you need to do is look at your diet and a workout!. I suggest you go on a lifestyle change so you will for good learn how to eat properly!. Try gradually to lower ur kcal to approx 1500 a day!. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but when you get the right food, you will realize you are eating more food but at same time you are being healthy and losing weight!. Start with a large breakfast preferably with fibers, could be like oatmeal, cereals with milk, whole wheat bread with low fat cheese or eggs, etc!. Be aware of the portions in each food product you intake, like cereals, one portion of cereal is 30 grams!. People tend to eat like 4-5 portions which will at the end add up if not aware!. Anyway fibers and some sort of protein for breakfast!. After breakfast, eat every 3-4 hours!. The snacks need to contain fruit or vegetables, protein and good fats!. An example to snacks with protein could be low fat yogurt, peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread (also good fat and fibers), eggs, lean turkey, chicken salad, tuna salad(good fat also) , fish (good fat also), limited amount of nuts (mostly good fat)!. You can also try frozen yogurt (low fat), taste awesome,better than ice cream =)!. You can also try a protein bar once in a while, some of them have chocolate and taste very well!. Yes some of them do contain lots of sugar, but it can also help you from craving regular chocolate bars or fast food!. Protein bars can also help you feel more full because of the protein in them!. You can try protein shakes as well, they have less sugar and some actually taste great, just like chocolate milk!. For dinner, make sure you limit the carbs you take in!. Do not eat too much rice or pasta or any of that stuff right before u go to bed!. Go for the whole grain version!.And even when you do, limit them!. Get lots of veggies and lean meat,chicken, fish or else good protein!. Try to stop eating 3-4 hours before you go to bed!. If you feel hungry drink some water or even better, go for a walk!. it helps!
Now with the workout, you need to just get up and do something!. Try to go for walks throughout the day, and keep yourself active!. Clean the house, go for a bike ride if you have one or walking outside will be fine as well!. Walking can relieve lots of stress and will more likely make you feel a lot better with yourself!. You need to stop feeling sorry for yourself and get moving!. I know for sure you can lose 75lbs and more than that too!. Start with walking and on some days walk a lil longer or faster or even take a heavy bag with you so that you can feel the difference!. Preferably you should combine the cardio with some resistance training but if you start by trying to eat healthy and go for long walks then you can email me and i can send you a workout plan you can do at home!. Its all about willpower!. I know its hard to eat less but you can do it!. Eat less each day and less frequently!. After some time passes you'll find yourself not wanting to eat a lot!. And of course running is always good!. Run twice-three times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there,I am sorry that people are so negative to you,its really not on!This is a great online FREE site,it gives you a food diary,it tells you how many calories you are burning with different activities,you can find out the calories on most foods,and there are some really good vids on exercise!.many people on it are of a similar weight to you and there is a big community so there is always someone to give and share their advise!.You can about people who have lost 100lbs or more on there,it spears me on and the food diary is great for keeping me track!.
