Is it possible to lose 14-19 pounds in 6-8 weeks without expensive diet foods? would a change in my diet help?

I was just curious what you would reccomend for losing 14-19 punds in about 6-8 weeks...would it be possible to do and if so could I do it with just eating healthier and working out more? What should/could I do to keep the weight off once I lose it? Any tips on what to do if your craving a sweet...how do you tell yourself not to eat something...and I will always eat something and then regret it later any tips on how to avid that situation? Any weight loss tips? What has worked the bes for you? was it worth it? would 14-19 pounds change my appearance much? Thanks so much and any websites would be great too. IF you have any book idea's that would be greatly appreciated too thanks you so much and would I feel different after losing 14-19 pounds? I am 119lbs right now but I'm 5'1 so I'm not sure if 14-19 pounds is too much too lose for me anyway? I'm also a gymnasts so would the extra weight be becuase of muscle and such. Would losing 14-19 pounds help me in gymnastics or not? Thanks you!!

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

Well, wether you will be craving for food or not depends on how you do your weight loss programme. How you handle it depends on your mindset.

The best way I have tried is my detox programme. 14-19 pounds of weight loss will help you become at least 1-2 dress size smaller. And losing this weight will make you feel lighter which will probably help you in your gymnastics:)

Because you are into gymnastics.. be careful about wat sort of diet plan you embark on for if you go on the wrong plan, you will find yourself very tired and weak all the time.

I have a safer or faster alternative to achieve it- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.
