well for around them i would say
breakfast - whole meal bread with peanut butter spread (or no spread) with a glass of juice
afternoon - any good fruity yogurt with some more juice
lunch- chicken breast salad or a chicken or tuna salad sandwich
before dinner - any fruit ( i would say bannana) and a glass of juice
dinner - i would say wild Alaskan salmon with steamed vegetablesWww@Answer-Health@Com
