I was skeptical of the Akavar 20/50 pill at first, but I have done a lot of research and it seems surprisingly effective.
Basically, how it works it that it's a caloric restrictor. This is a scientific way of saying that it helps reduce your hunger. When you take the pill you get hungry less often and you end up consuming less calories and don't gain weight. So you actually can, as they claim, eat all you want and not gain weight. The secret is that with a caloric restrictor, you simply won't want to eat a lot!
