As a nurse!.!. I can tell you that NO diet pills will be helpful!. They will infact make things worse for you!.
Your best bet is to eat healthy food and if u are bored, u will eat more, so stay busy!.!.!.go for walks, read!.!.!.whatever u like to do!. Chew sugarless gum to squash the cravings for snacks or sugary goodies!. Stay away from soda, it is the biggest offense to gaining weight!. quitting the soda habit alone will help u lose lots of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at your age you are still growing and unless your weight is a health issue you shouldnt even be worrying about it!. any pills you can buy that claim this are a con or illigle!. don't waste your money and don't risk your health buy taking them!.!.!. i know!! i have been on every diet and tried the pill!.!.!.!. exercise it will put you in a good mood and keep you healthy!.!. if you are that concerned about your weight talk to your parents , an adult you can trust or your GP!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
