Which is the better workout?!


Question: Which is the better workout!?
Is it better to workout 3x a week or 5x a week but with twice the repetitions!?

I'm 35 and my goal is not to get "ripped"!. I only want to get tone and just good shape with no saggy fat!. Right now I'm 5'9 175lbs and pretty much height/weight proportional but I'm not active at all!. I recently quit smoking and eating better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try for 5 times per week just to make exercise into a habit!. Try varied activities that can keep you (and your body) interested!. 3 times a week is more of a minimum but it might be a good place to start if you are heavy or out of shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your best chance is to lift weights 5x and maybe try some protein supplements if you are looking to get slightly buff, and try a regiment of sprinting - 100 yards at a time to burn that extra fat!.!.!. or running long distances!.!.!. but do not overwork your muscles!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
