As a police dispatcher who is constantly working midnights... my best advice to you is to take vitamins, drink juice, don't go overboard on the soda because that will dehydrate you. Try drinking lots of water and when you get off - try and get at least six hours of sleep... if you're new to the grave yard shift, it may take your body a little bit to get used to the wacky schedule. Take it easy. Get lots of rest during the day and you should be fine.
