Question: I'd like to lose weight over the summer! Any good exercises!?
I'm 14, 130 pounds, female

The school year is almost over and I'm aiming for a summer transformation thing, I'd love to start over (appearence wise) in high school!. I know that I've actually got a good figure and a pretty face under that chubbiness!. I've already got an exercise schedule but I'd like to know what exercises would be best for me!.

Any aerobic exercise helps you achieve or maintain a trim figure!.!.!.for example, I've gone from panting out of breath after 2 minutes of running, to a steady 40 minutes at least 5 times a week or biking (stationary) for 30!. This has helped me get my weight down a lot (38lbs)!. Of course, the best combination is a healthier diet AND exercising!.!.!.Just make sure once you start off, try and keep it up and make it part of your lifestyle rather than something you try for 2 days, get mad at, and quit!. Honestly, the pain, effort, hours of sweating really pay off when you realize how good your *** (lol) looks etc!.
So anyway!.!.!.biking, running/jogging, swimming and generally upping the level of activity you do a day will definitely uncover a good bod! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run, run, and run!. do it mostly on an empty stomach!. Best if you do it as soon as wake up, so that you wont feel the hunger pangs while you are running!. But make it easy on yourself!. Find a grass or clay track, to spare your knees the extra pressure of running on concrete!.Get some good running shoes while you are it it, and make sure you take your ipod with you to not get bored of running around a track, or better yet convince a friend to help push you along!. Drink a reasonable amount of water before you start running, but not too much, that will actually hinder your abilities!. If you want to maximize the effectiveness wear a weight vest, nothing too heavy though!. Remember to keep a steady comfortable pace, and only sprint and burn out your energy at the end of your run!. Good luck, you should see results in no time as long as you can keep a healthy diet with the excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One great way is to eliminate sodas- drink water or flavored water if you prefer!. It is amazing how many calories you can cut out from just doing that!. The most important thing, is to stay hydrated!. Instead of going out to eat, make your meals at home- maybe go for a light walk 15-30 minutes long!. And avoid the sweets!. They make great alternatives like sugar free, no sugar added popsicles and fudgesicles!. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and set a realistic goal, like loose 5lbs in a month!. If you are able, go for a run and get your heart rate up and at a steady pace- walk for 5 minutes, run for 10, etc!.!.!. or swim!. Your exercise options are endless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calesthenics and running!. Can lose a lot of weight fast!. In the military all we did was pushups, situps, jumping jacks, and exercises like those!. But we did it non stop for an hour!. No breaks in between followed with a 30 min run!. Drink a lot of water, atleast a gallon a day, and within a few weeks you should start seeing some results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what is important is regular exercise that you keep to!.
find a place to walk around in your area and take an evening stroll!.
abdotrim is an easy exercise to do and it tones your abs!. can be done in front of the tv even!.
lifting weights gently while watching tv also helps!.
and just for fun use a trampoline which is exercise and great fun at the same timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
