Question: How to loose weight without exercises!?
i am working person where i have to sit for 8-9 hours daily and really dont get time to excercise in whole day and put on weight after pregnancy,i want to loose weight atleast 8-10 kgs in atleast 6 months,is there any diet plan through which i can achieve this,i have determined to go to any level of dieting to loose weight !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.pls help me with some serious answersWww@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 30 pounds without too much exercise!. I just started exercising a month ago!.

To lose weight without exercise, I did the following:
- eat lots of fresh vegetables & fruits
- no fattening dressing with salad
- eat small portion per meal
- eat 6 times a day or eat whenever I am hungry
- don't pig out on chips, cookies and cake
- definitely no soda - too much sugar
- drink water instead
- eat lean meat (grilled chicken), fish, etc!.

Controlling your calorie intake will be helpful but it is better if you accompany it with exercise!. If you are determined to lose weight you should sacrifice your time!. Excuses would not be helpful!. A day is composed of 24 hours, you can do something about it!. A 40-minute work-out could help a lot even if it is only thrice a week!.
