OKay so I bought a cross crunch and it didnt come with the booklet. Any tips on how to make it work efectivley? I feel some strain but hardly any I'm not sure if I am doing it wrong or what please help thanks.

maybe try calling the company and telling them it didn't come with a book. If there was supposed to be one hopefully they'll ship u one.
