Yes, it should be ok!. You are better off just drinking plenty of water and tea with no additives!. This is a cleansing/detoxing diet and the weight you loose is mostly water weight only!. I tried this diet before and it was very hard for me!. The first two days I was fine but after eating the same thing 3 times a day on the 3rd day, I just got disgusted with it and gave up!. Girl, don't do this, unless you're looking for a temporary fix!. Think about it, can you drink cabbage soup for the rest of your life!? Same thing goes for diet pills, shakes, and pre-packaged foods! No one these days wants to do the work to lose weight!. Just revamp your fridge and pantry with healthy foods, fresh fruits and veggies!. You will go into starvation mode which can cause a number of health problems!. Is it really worth the possibility of you ending up in the hospital hooked up to a feeding tube, or would you rather eat healthy and exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.
Nothing other than water in between!.
No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.
Be patient and not in a hurry!.
U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Stick with water and MAYBE green tea if you absolutely can't resist!. It's a cleanse not a diet, coffee isn't very cleansing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
