Question: What exercise helps to reduce bloating!? [easy 10 points!! helpp]!?
i had too much sodium today, so im really bloated!.
i have vacation wednesday, i cant afford to look this big in my bikini! so what exercise would be best to reduce this!?

i dont think i can run!.!.!.maybe a mile at most!. ive already ran 3 today and my hip is killing me (i have previous problems with my right hip)

but would pilates help at all!? i was about to do 30 minutes of it!. focused mainly on abs, butt, and thigh!.

anything else!?
or would that be fine!?

I mean, if you exercise and sweat alot, you'll lose fluids, but your body will get that right back!.

not so much as exercise but food and drink!. A cup of tea can do wonders and there are speciality teas for this!. Peppermint is a very good one and a drop of milk with it helps!.
resting is very important and just relax so your muscles don't tense up!.
A nice cup of tea and a movie is just what you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
