Why would I gain weight?!


Question: Why would I gain weight!?
I started jogging 30-40 minutes a day and cutting down on eating, somedays though I will eat whatever I want, but never really that bad, and dont lose a pound!. Sometimes even gain a pound or two!. Whats going on with my body!? Do I just have to almost strave everyday to get results!? Help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle ways more than fat so you can gain wait!. You may want to measure your self to see if your loosing inches in the areas you are trying to loose in!. I gained 10 pounds when about 4 weeks after I sarted going to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
