Trying to get on the right track, eating right?!


Question: Trying to get on the right track, eating right!?
I have been fighting with lack of energy for some time now!. I have just decided that in order to get the energy back that I used to have is to eat right, but I have no clue where to start!. What are some good breakfast foods that will start my day out on the right track!. I have not had anything but cereal for breakfast in years, sad I KNOW!! I'd also like to know if there's a good websight I could refer to for a while till I get myself back on track eating right!. I want a diet that's full of energy boosting foods, and will strengthin my immune system!. I want foods that are going to make me healthy long term!. I think I became a mother and strived so hard to worry about them and their eating habits that i've forgotten about myself!. Now I am not doing the best for any of us because I am sooo drained all the time, I find it hard to care about anything!. I don't have the energy I used to!.
