Am I healthy?!


Question: Am I healthy!?
I am a male, 19 years old, 5 foot -10 inches and weigh 165 lbs!. Lately(the past 6-7 months) I've been eating ALOT of fast food!. maybe once every two days and sometimes more!. But all my dinners are home cooked!. I work out (hardcore) maybe once or twice a week and I try to do cardio and ab routines almost every night!. I'm not completely ripped or anything, but I am pretty tone and somewhat defined!. So I was just wondering if all of this fast food is going to do me harm or not!. It's just I don't live at home and I don't have a kitchen or the time to prepare my own food!. I don't really have any health problems at the moment, but will my bad diet do any permanent damage!? Also I do know that this question requires testing to be done by a doctor etc!. to be fully answered, but are there any symptoms that should prompt me to see a doc and possibly find a way to stop my diet!? Don't get me wrong I love fast food, but if my lifestyle balances it, I'm fine with eating it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you just started eating junk food the results of it probably has yet to catch up with you!. I would try eating subway if i had absolulty no time at home to prepare better meals!. As long as you keep up a workout routine i dont think you will spurt love handles but if you keep up this habit it could hurt you later when your older and your metabloism slows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My friend: fast food is like a chocolate bar, the Tate's is good, but not too healthy, one a week is en-oft, any way if you want to know if you are or not healthy at this time, the only and the better way to know is asking to the doctor, go to do a routine visit, and he check everything more important and relevant, than let you pace in mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my mother has 4 kids( Naturally) and I am her last child she is about in her 30's and up she only weighs 127!. So that's no alot but 165 for a 19 year old yea!.!.!.!.so just eat healthy foods and try not to eat alo!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first of all, fast food is not a very good meal everyday!. But if you dont gain alot of weight and stuff, I geuss that could be ok!. Hope all goes wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

You definitely want to watch what types of fast food you're eating!. Unfortunately, no matter how good of shape you're in, you are still at risk for developing heart disease or clogged arteries in the future!.

My father rarely ate fast food, even as a teenager!. My mom cooked most of the food he ate for the past 49 years!. 2 years ago, he started having some chest pains and went to the ER!. He was later sent to the heart catheterization lab where they found 4 major blockages in his arteries and he ended up having quad bypass surgery!.

Yes, he's considerably older than you, but his arteries did not clog up overnight!. He was fortunate to have gone as long as he did because even though my mom cooked, she cooked "southern style" which meant a lot of fried and fatty foods!.

He now watches his diet very closely!. Instead of a McDonald's cheeseburger now and then, he orders a roast beef from Arby's or a grilled chicken from somewhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
