Ok so i am 5' 5" and i weight 205 I want to weight 125 by Aug!. 10th just in time to buy new clothes for school!. I have a tread mill and I am going to watch what i eat

I don't think it's very healthy to lose that much weight in three months but you could still lose a good amount of it!. I would do cardio 4 days a week or so, and then do some strength training (weights if you have access - fit not then some power yoga or ab work outs)!. You also should start a food diary because you can exercise all you want but it always come down to food!. I am about the same height and weight you are so I am in the same boat!. You should really set realistic goals to make sure you don't get discouraged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Run 3-5x a week for at least 30min and cut back your calories by 500 [Not TO 500] from what you are already eating!. Do the same when your weight plateaus!. You can't lose that much weight in that little time, sorry!. The most you could lose is 35lbs-ish by then MAXIMUM!. But still go for it and don't stop til you reach your goal, which will likely be by the end of the year if you do it right!. But don't give up :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
