Question: Would this be digestion plan good idea or any type of idea u can help me with!?
enjoying a box of prunes to keep me regular cause having digestive probs!. a day that is!. then for meals as breakfast and lunch having tofu shakes with some type of popcorn or other grain with the meal and then for dinner have a light but easy to digest meal is this okay for digestion and healthy to do thanks for responses

digestion problems are the worst, that plan honestly is not healthy at all, you need to always eat the 4 food groups, grain, dairy, fruits and veggies, and meat, eat any fruits and vegetables, roughage as my mother calls it, fiber, but nothing to heavy, stay away from too much dairy, but you still need it, meats, you should still eat but like dairy not to much!. fruits veggies, broccoli, bananas (not to much though they cause constipation), that's mostly all you can do my mom says that coffee helps with her digestion but not alot of people like to drink coffee everyday, plus drink lots, and lots, and lots and lots of water, yes you may have to pee a little bit more but it helps more than anything, instead of sodas drink some crystal light or koolaid sugar free packs, always keep water with you even in a little water bottle that hangs off your belt!. Eating what you were going to eat would only cause your stomach and body to lose energy and your stomach would have even worse digestion problems cuz it would not be getting the nutrients it was looking for, although a tofu shake every 2 or 3 days would not do too much harm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
