Question: How do i get rid of belly fat!?!!?
i am not skinny but i run everyday(cross country & track) and i do 50 crunches every night (along with pushups) but i still have this belly fat that won't go away!.!.!.!.helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

im in the same position as you and i lovee to eat but im not fat fat im thick haha!.
Just instead of eating a cookie pick up a banana!.
instead of pizza a salad
avoid noodles and pasta and pizza and spaghetti!.
in the morning eat a hand full of almonds that keeps you full until lunch and it gets your metobolism going strong!
Just be positive, start thinking about other people in your situations and how they lost alot of weight just like you will!
If you change your eating habits and exercise you will lose weight!
and instead of doing boring exercises do these:
Jump on a trampoline
swimming
walking around the mall with friends or alone
listen to your ipod while walking it pumps you up!.
while your jogging think of jessica alba and all those skinny people and how you will look just like them if you keep going

I train Mixed Martial Fighters for UFC style cage fighting events and I can tell you that "Core Work" is the most important work out you'll ever do for your mid section!. Women should use light resistance when doing core work and keep your "reps" way high like say 10 each times 5 per work out or a total of 50 or more per work out!. "Core Work" can be done in a variety ways and you should use them all!. Squats with light resistance also holding light resistance weights over your head while squating as well or even a broom will do fine if you don't have weights handy!. Just remember nothing comes easy it takes lots of hard work!. If you stick with "Core Work" in your daily routine you'll see and feel the differnece in a matter of about eight ( 8 ) weeks sticking to it regligously that is!. Hope this helped!. Here's a good resource that really helped me figure things out!.!. It gave me full workout and healthy eating guidance and showed me what I was doing wrong before (look at table of contents part)!.!.!. it does cost money, $40, but if ur really serious about ur outcome it
